Our properties

We have selected for you various properties with easy access, exlcuding over-urbanised areas and industrial zones; preferring ecologic noise-free areas, rich in nature. It is possible to find both detached and semi-detached properties with gardens or ample land available.
We have selected in particular the typical farmhouses of the region, in brick and stone. Whether for restoration, partially restored or fully restored, the latter of which always following a conservative restoration retaining original features. Always of interest, particularly enconomically, are ruins in more isolated positions.

The geographic area that we promote is from the provice of Ancona (in particular the Castelli di Jesi) and Macerata. It is ideal for the investor who wishes to arrive easily to their selected property, with easy connections via motorway A14, rail and the Airport Raffaello Sanzio at Ancona Falconara.
